I am in contact with the office of William Pepper, the attorney of Sirhan Sirhan. Mr. Pepper is very busy right now trying to secure the release of Sirhan Sirhan.  And as you probably know, Mr. Pepper was the lawyer of James Earl Ray. He also won a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the King family. He has also written two books on the MLK assassination.

I received this message today from Mr. Pepper's assistant, Stephen:

Ralph:

Dr. Pepper has said that you may feel free to post the cover letter to the
filing, as attached.

Is it possible to do so with formatting preserved?
Using the text is fine he says.
Would also be good to include the quotes below somewhere:

I will send you additional items today on the RFK/Sirhan case -- a travesty is again on course in the
LA Court.

Stephen

""The scenario put forward by the Report is errant
nonsense. It is embarrassing to say the least and though it may
have been due to the Magistrate’s reliance upon uninformed
Clerks, it should not see the light of day, much less be
submitted to the habeas Judge.

"But, truth and justice are at stake and Petitioner
respectfully submits that neither the Magistrate or the Habeas
Judge can, before the world, associate themselves with this
fiction.

"The truth has come home to roost. It is time to draw a
line under this decades old miscarriage of justice.
Justice delayed can indeed be justice denied but, it can
also be justice resurrected and redeemed.
As my French colleagues, who have reviewed this file say—
Les jeux sont faites. The game is up.
