That lying, despicable bastard, Mr. 19, is now accusing ME of making up the black line on CE 369.

He's accusing me of drawing about 60% of it.

Well, I have never gone anywhere near that spot with anything black.

But, let's realize what this means: It means that Mr. 19 is admitting that, as shown, that line is too big, too neat, and too precise not to be a deliberate marking.
