You know that I am among those who think that it was George HW Bush standing outside the Book Depository after the assassination. 

Lots of people agree with me about that. But, here's what else I think: I think that a blow-up of that guy was altered to defer away from Bush. On the bottom left, his forehead was made more prominent and bulging than it was. 

It's a subtle different, I admit. But don't be blinded by subtlety. That guy below has got a slightly Cro-magnum forehead which Bush didn't have. They messed with the aspect ratio and widened it out a little. It's very slight but enough to give you the impression of an anvil-like forehead. This was to distract away from Bush.
