You should check out my review of the movie The Manchurian Candidate on Facebook. It is turning out to be one of my most popular posts, closing in on 500 readings. And it has parallels to JFK. I didn't mention it in the post, but in an interview that Frank Sinatra did about it near the end of his life, he said that JFK knew about the project and had read the novel by Richard Condon. He told Sinatra he was looking forward to seeing the movie. But after his assassination, that movie got pulled. It wasn't shown in theaters again, and it wasn't shown on television. To this day, it isn't shown on television, or if so, only very rarely. I have never seen it on television. And that's because of what it's about. In the movie, it was the Communists who were brainwashing people into assassins, but ever heard of the CIA's MK Ultra program?
