Let's continue. The very first question, really, is whether Oswald lied. Because reportedly- and multiple reportedly- he did say that he took the bus and cab. So, tell me if you think he lied or if authorities are lying about what he said. I don't care which one you say, but just say one or the other because there are no other choices.

Think of this like a game of Chinese checkers where the board is built in such a way that your first move has to be either to space A or space B. Space A= Oswald lied. Space B=Oswald did NOT lie, but authorities lied about what he said.

OK, so that takes care of the first move. The second move depends on your answer to the first move. If you answered that Oswald lied, then you should proffer a reason as to WHY he lied. Because, as you know, he hadn't actually done anything, and it's not a crime to leave work in a friend's car. It may have been a breach of the rules of the company, but that's not a legal issue. So, if Oswald lied, proffer a reason why. Who was he trying to protect?

One thing is for sure though: Oswald and the police didn't conspire to lie together. So, if he lied, it means that for separate and independent reasons, Oswald and the police both lied about what he did, and in the same way.

Wow, that's mind-blowing. How often has that happened in the history of jurisprudence that the perp and the police told the same lie?

Now, if you go with the move that Oswald didn't lie and only police lied, you wind up with a different problem: Why did Will Fritz lie in his personal notes to himself?

He didn't lie when Oswald told him he was out with Bill Shelley in front. At least, I hope you don't think Fritz lied about that. But, Fritz kept that to himself. He never told anyone. Neither did Bookout or Hosty who were there and presumably overheard it.

And when asked about it by the Warren Commission, Will Fritz BOLD-FACED LIED. He was asked directly by the WC:

WC: Where did Oswald tell you that he was during the shooting?

Fritz: He said he was eating lunch with other employees during the shooting.

LIAR! Oswald told him he ate in the Domino room and that two employees were milling around, and it was well before the assassination. Fritz wrote down: "Junior + Short Negro" the latter referring to Harold Norman. Both Junior Jarman and Harold Norman were asked about it. It's been reported that to the Dallas Police, they both confirmed seeing Oswald, confirming what he said. To WC, both did NOT confirm seeing Oswald but DID confirm that they were in the area at the time. And that is just about as good from Oswald's standpoint because there were 75 employees, and if he named two who were there, that can't be a coincidence. He couldn't have guessed at that.

Junior Jarman and Harold Norman wound up going outside to watch the motorcade, and then they changed their minds and went up to the 5th floor to watch. So, when Oswald saw them while he was eating, that was well before the motorcade arrived.

Now, in an honest world, after giving the answer he did, what would have been the follow-up question to Fritz? Do I have to tell you?

WC: Name the employees that Oswald was eating lunch with, where according to you, they were all bringing food to their mouths at exactly 12:30, when the President passed and got shot. We want to talk to those employees because they had 45 minutes to eat their lunch, and it seems odd to us that they would WAIT 45 minutes and then eat lunch right during the motorcade.

But alas, it is not an honest world we live in, not then, and not now.

Anyway, the point is that Fritz lied. But, are you going to claim that he lied to himself in the written notes that he took for himself? If he was willing to write down "Out with Bill Shelley in front, that seems like the most damning thing he could have written down. And it seems very odd that he would at the same time lie about what Oswald said about how he got home or how he got directly to the theater, if that's what you believe.

So, if you believe that police lied about what Oswald told them about his transportation out of Dealey Plaza, your next move is explain why Fritz would have lied to himself about it in his personal, private notes.

You see how much fun this is when you really break it down logically? This is how it works. This is how it's done.

Next you delve into the origin of Oswald being picked up by David Sanchez Morales- or whomever you think it was. I've got to tell you honestly that to conclude it was DSM just because Roger Craig mentioned "dark-skinned" seems like a stretch. There were anti-Castro Cubans involved, right? They can be very dark. So, why not assume it was one of them rather than an Indian from Arizona? Just saying.

But, did Oswald arrange for this pick-up by whomever OR was it arranged for him? Presumably, you have an opinion about that, right? If Oswald arranged it, then what was his mindset going to work? Why did he think he would be free to leave work at 12:45 that day? What did he think was going to happen to allow that? Be careful how you answer because you may imply, unwittingly, that Oswald was part of the conspiracy to kill Kennedy.

But, if you think it was arranged for him, was it arranged well in advance, like the day before? If so, what reason did THEY give him for his leaving work at that hour? And I've got to tell you that no matter what it was, it should have dawned on Oswald that something was up; something was wrong.

But, if you think it was arranged on the spur of the moment, where someone told Oswald AFTER 12:30 that someone was coming to get him that day, that gets you and Oswald off the hook. But, you have to say so.

But, if they were picking Oswald up and they thought it would actually look bad- bad enough to lie about- why didn't they do it in a way to minimize the risk of being seen? I mentioned having him exit through the back door. But beyond that, he could exited from the back door and then walked a few blocks to a meeting point. That probably would have resolved everything. So, why do it in broad daylight on Elm Street only to to be seen by Roger Craig and others when very probably, it could have been done so that NOBODY saw a thing. Just saying. It's a reasonable thing to ask.

We shall continue. I hope you are enjoying this. I know I am. However, please understand that I am asking the questions, but it is your job to answer them. If you just ignore them and put up other posts about a Nash Rambler, blah, blah, blah, it's not very sincere. One thing is for sure: a REAL researcher can't just IGNORE evidence or even questions that threaten his beliefs, his mindset, to look the other way. A real researcher is going to run TOWARDS challenging questions. Nuff said.
