Now, Duncan MacRae is trying to claim that Oswald lied to Fritz, that Oswald deliberately told Fritz that he was eating lunch with Junior Jarman at 12:30 when the President got shot.

Mr. BALL. And you asked him again, didn't you, what he was doing at the time the President was shot?
Mr. FRITZ. Yes, sir.
Mr. BALL. What did he say?
Mr. FRITZ. Well, he told me about the same story about this lunch.
Mr. BALL. He mentioned who he was having lunch with, did he not?
Mr. FRITZ. Yes, sir; he told me he was having lunch when the President was shot.
Mr. BALL. With whom?
Mr. FRITZ. With someone called Junior, someone he worked with down there, but he didn't remember the other boy's name.
Mr. BALL. Did he tell you what he was eating?
Mr. FRITZ. He told me, I believe, that he had, I am doing this from memory, a cheese sandwich, and he also mentioned he had some fruit, I had forgotten about the fruit until I looked at this report.

We know very well that Oswald was not eating lunch with Junior Jarman at 12:30, as Jarman was up on the 5th floor watching the motorcade at the time.

First, since Oswald was innocent, as many people including Joseph Backes attest, he had no reason to lie. He had every reason to tell Fritz what he was actually doing at 12:30. And since Joseph Backes and many others will tell you that Will Fritz lied about the bus and cab rides, and hence has a record of lying, what grounds are there to assume that Oswald was the one who was lying about this?

First, Oswald NEVER said that he ate with Junior Jarman or with Harold Norman or with anyone. He only said that they were around when he ate his lunch alone. He ate alone! This is from the FBI Report:

''On November 22, 1963, he had eaten lunch in the lunch room alone, but recalled possibly two Negro employees walking through the room during this period. He stated possibly one of these employees was called "Junior" and the other was a short individual whose name he could not recall but whom he would be able to recognize." (WR622)

That is what Oswald said, and it is widely confirmed and accepted that THAT is what he said, including by Vincent Bugliosi. Bugliosi places the time of it at about 12:15. It was definitely long before 12:30 because Jarman and Norman had yet to go outside and yet to change their minds and go up to the 5th floor to watch the motorcade, which is where they were at 12:30. That FBI Report conflicts with what Fritz said.

This is by Gary Aguilar:

"In fact, during their Warren Commission testimony, Junior Jarman and Harold Norman separately confirmed that they had "walked through" the first floor lounge, known as the domino room, to retrieve their sandwiches, thus independently corroborating Oswald's account. Significantly, Harold Norman testified that usually some of the employees, including himself, would play dominos in this room during the lunch hour, but on this particular day, because of the pending passage of the Presidential motorcade, no one was playing dominos [3WH189]. When asked if anyone else was in the domino room, Norman, who did eat his sandwich in the lounge before joining his friends to watch the motorcade, responded that in fact somebody else was present, but he could not remember who it was [3WH189]. Hence Oswald had somehow correctly guessed not only the people who had been in the lunchroom that day, but their actions, even though they were different from the usual. Thus, the statements by the black employees which actually corroborated Oswald’s alibi."

Alright, so it is perfectly well established that Oswald did not eat with Jarman and Norman, nor did he ever say he did. He simply cited them as two people who were around at the time when he was eating his lunch alone. So, how did that get twisted around by Fritz into Oswald eating with them? There are simply no grounds to think that Oswald ever told him that.

And the time at which he at his cheese sandwich and apple was definitely well before the assassination.

And Oswald told Fritz that he was "out with Bill Shelley in front" and he could only have meant during the assassination and not afterwards. Shelley did not admit to seeing Oswald after the assassination.

Mr. BALL. On November 22, 1963, the day the President was shot, when is the last time you saw Oswald?
Mr. SHELLEY. It was 10 or 15 minutes before 12.
Mr. BALL. Where?
Mr. SHELLEY. On the first floor over near the telephone.
Mr. BALL. Did you ever see him again?
Mr. SHELLEY. At the police station when they brought him in.

So, there was no "Out with Bill Shelley in front" AFTER the assassination. That tells you in plain English that Shelley did not see Oswald out front AFTER the assassination. Therefore, when Oswald said he was "out with Bill Shelley in front" he could only have meant DURING the assassination.

In this statement, Charles Givens established that he saw Oswald in the Domino room as early as 11:50 AM.

The notion that Oswald claimed to be eating lunch with Junior Jarman and Harold Norman at 12:30 sharp is preposterous. And the fact that Duncan MacRae suggests it, the fact that he chooses to interpret the situation that way, only proves that he, MacRae, is a modern-day killer of Kennedy. MacRae locks and loads on John Kennedy every day of his miserable, squalid life.
