In looking at it here, it appears that Lovelady said it was 4:30 before he could get back to the TSBD.

What it means is that it was a long, arduous process that didn't finish until close to 4:30. So, there is no basis to assume that it could start at the TSBD at 1:45 and that within 15 minutes Lovelady would be sitting in the Squad room of the Dallas detectives.

You just can't get to that in 15 minutes. It's too much. There was too much involved. The wheels of bureaucracy don't move that fast. It ALWAYS involves a lot of waiting around. The idea that they could have gotten there that fast, and that decisions could be made that fast, and that Lovelady could have been led through the maze of that building that fast for him to be seated in the Squad room by 2 PM is ridiculous. That's 15 minutes from A to Zed. Forget it! No es possible! Didn't happen! That is a fake image above. Not only was Lovelady not there, but that wasn't even Lovelady. It's fake!
