You dumb, worthless buffoon. I'm talking to bpete. First, he bitches because I matched Frazier's description of his location in the doorway (first step down from the top, by the handrail) with what we see in Wiegman.

bpete thinks that because Ball didn't reference the Wiegman film that we can't use it. But, neither Ball nor any other WC lawyer referenced any movie from the assassination. So, that wasn't going to happen. But, do we still get to use it? You bet your Scottish peat we do.

What bpete failed to acknowledge but which I will is that when shown the Altgens photo and asked why he isn't seen in it, Frazier changed his story. He said that he was back in the black area. Black area? Well the steps were all sunny. Even Oswald at the top was in the sun, and Frazier being below him was surely in the sun. So, what Frazier was really saying is: "Forget about what I said before. I wasn't on the 1st step below the top landing next to the railing; I was back in the shadows." That is not OK with me. It's OK with bpete because he is a fucking Kennedy-killer. What's a lie or two among Kennedy-killers?

Frazier goes on to say that: "Billy was down two or three steps in front of me." But, Lovelady would go on to say that he was standing "on your top level". And by the way, MacRae: we're talking about where they were at the time the motorcade drove by and the action began. So, shut the fuck up about giving them a license to move around.

So, why don't we see Frazier in the Altgens photo? I do not claim to know. OIC senior member Larry Rivera is convinced that Frazier was taken out of the Altgens photo. I will simply state that going by the first description that Frazier gave of his location....

Mr. BALL - Were you near the steps?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir; I was, I was standing about, I believe, one step down from the top there.
Mr. BALL - One step down from the top of the steps?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir; standing there by the rail.
Mr. BALL - By steps we are talking about the steps of the entrance to the Building?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir.

...we should be able to see him in the Altgens photo.

I'll add that it's not my responsibility to solve this inconsistency. The incongruity is Frazier's- not mine. He's the one who said it, so he's the one who is on the hot seat for it- not me. In fact, I would very much like to sit him down and third-degree him about this.

But, how much stock should we put in ANYTHING that Buell Frazier said? Here the guy identified Doorman as Lovelady even though he was wearing the exact clothes that Oswald wore that morning when he drove him to work.

Other than the top of the head, Doorman is a spitting image of Oswald, and his clothes are an exact match to Oswald- and they were very unique clothes: one of a kind clothes. So, as far as I'm concerned, Frazier was rattled, threatened, and pressured to say what they wanted him to say, and it's no wonder that his testimony continued to be riddled with inconsistencies and contradictions as the years and decades passed. And that's why it's much more sound and dependable to just go by the images. And what we see there in the Wiegman film is a tall slender man with black hair, and a black jacket and tan pants, and all of that is a perfect match to Buell Frazier.

And I'll say again to anyone who disputes it that there were only 75 employees at the TSBD. And there are a vast many who can be ruled out immediately. Every woman can be ruled out. Every man who wasn't dressed in a black jacket and tan pants can be eliminated. Every man who didn't have a full head of short black hair can be ruled out. Every man who wasn't tall and skinny and young can be ruled out. If that guy in Wiegman isn't Fraizer, then who is he? Who else wore a black jacket and tan pants on a long, lanky frame, and with jet black hair? You've only had 50 years to find out, so cough it up. And if you have no idea, then it defaults to Buell Frazier- especially since that guy's location matches the location Frazier gave in his first depiction of it.

And it makes a lot of sense to go with what Frazier FIRST said. That's because he was under no pressure when he said it. He was asked where he was, and he described it in plain English. But then later when he was shown the Altgens photo with HIM NOT IN IT and asked to reconcile it: THAT WAS PRESSURE. So, what he came up with about being "in the black" was an answer to a high pressure/ high stakes question- and he was probably sweating bullets when he said it.

And he pretty much had to say it, didn't he? What was the alternative? To say: "Well, Mr. Ball, I don't reckon I can tell you why I'm not seen in that there photo because, as I said, I was on the first step below the top, right next to the railing, so it seems to me that I should be seen. But, for some reason I'm not, and I don't have a clue."

Joseph Ball wouldn't have liked that, and Buell Frazier knew that Joseph Ball wouldn't like it, and pleasing Joseph Ball was what it was all about. I'm sure he was scared shitless to please Joseph Ball.

So, don't you, bpete, throw up Frazier's testimony at me as if it's my problem. It's your fucking problem. The contradictions, the inconsistencies, the rewrites which have plagued him for nigh these 50 years are a stain on his character- not mine. And that's why I say to hell with Frazier's flip-flopping lip-flapping. I go by the photos. And the photos say that Oswald was in the doorway and Frazier was standing below him on the steps.

Oh, and by the way, when you said that according to Oswald he was inside having lunch at the time of the assassination, you lied the blood-sucking dog that you are. Oswald stated that he ate his lunch when Jarman and Norman were around, and since they were on the 5th floor at the time of the assassination, as per this picture...

...we know that Oswald never said or implied that he was eating during the shooting. What Oswald did say is that he was "out with Bill Shelley in front" which was an ID he could only have made from seeing Shelley out there, hence he had to be out there himself.

Wipe the blood off your face, bpete.
