Here's a good clear shot of Oswald in a t-shirt. He spent a lot of time in just a t-shirt. He complained about it too. What was the reason for that? His shirt wasn't a murder weapon, was it? How many times when a man is charged with murder do they confiscate his shirt? They even took his booking photo in a t-shirt.

They put him through the lineup in just a t-shirt.

They showed him to reporters in just a t-shirt.

Lots and lots of t-shirt time.

But, you want to know another time that he was in just a t-shirt? It was here:

That shirt was painted on. They were trying to duplicate the scene from shortly before when he was being led through the hall with his shirt hanging off. But, it was only shortly before in the film. We have already established that they spliced together disparate pieces of footage to make them look continuous. Why would Oswald have his elbow bent at that angle? That is not a physiological angle, unless dislocation or torture are being sought. And doesn't it imply that Oswald's hands were handcuffed behind his back?

But, they didn't handcuff him behind his back. They handcuffed him in front or they handcuffed him to an officer.

So, knowing that his hands were not cuffed behind his back, how could he wind up with elbow bent like that?

Look at the line of his arm:

Put your arm behind your back at that acute angle and see how it feels. He wasn't handcuffed in back, and if he was handcuffed in front, then he couldn't possibly do that. And, it doesn't work any better if he was handcuffed to the cop. It's just a bull shit picture. They painted that shirt on there to make it consistent with the clip that preceded it. It was all part of the phony Lovelady in the Squad room scene.

Lovelady was never there. He was never there.
