Now, Backes is pulling a diversion, revisiting all kind of things from down the years. It's pure diversion. 

But, he starts with a reference to Larry Hancock, and I'd say there has been a shift in Larry's position after seeing my last collage:


So, Larry is still pushing the Thomas Beckham idea, even though I already provided photographic evidence that Beckham is NOT as good a match as Shelley. Plus, here's an arrest record for Thomas Beckham showing that he was only 5'6". The guy on the street wasn't that short. Also, the guy on the street looks slender- like Shelley. He doesn't look to be 168 pounds. I realize that Beckham could have gained weight, but why make that assumption?


But, the point is that Larry admitted that "checking on Shelley's whereabouts would also be a good idea." That demonstrates to me a willingness on the part of Larry to now consider that it was Shelley.

However, I also think it's naive. I doubt that anybody is going to find any record of Bill Shelley being down there. Do you understand what was going on, Larry?
