Backass says the cop leading Oswald has his hand on Oswald's shoulder. But how is that possible when we can see his hand wrapped around Oswald's arm?

They just got out of the elevator, which you can see behind them, and the cop has got his arm wrapped around Oswald's right arm. It's not resting on his shoulder. And the plain clothes cop with dark hat has his hand gripping Oswald's left arm.

There is no evidence here that Oswald's two hands were cuffed together behind his back. I know of no evidence that Oswald was ever cuffed that way. We have several images showing his hands cuffed in front. And we know that at times one of his hands was cuffed to that of an officer, including at his last conscious moment. But, what evidence is there that he was ever cuffed with two hands behind him?

Are you just going to assume that his hands were cuffed behind him in the above picture? Well, you can't do that. I won't let you do that. And it makes the image of him with his hands cuffed behind his back in the squad room bogus. If they weren't cuffed that way on the way to the squad room, then they weren't cuffed that way in the squad room.
