James Richards provided this collage of Tony Poshepny, who was another CIA spook involved in all kinds of covert operations. And what do you know; there he was at the corner of Main and Houston taking in the festivities.  
So, let's see: in the same spot we've got Tony Poshepny. We've got E. Howard Hunt. We've got Chi Chi Quintero. And in the midst of them all there is Robert Adams, postal worker? I rather doubt it. That guy was Lucien Conein.
