Fritz didn't make that up. Did he make up "out with Bill Shelley in front"? Of course not. Oswald said both those things to Fritz, and that's why Fritz wrote them down.  

So, those who want to say that the Dallas Police lied about Oswald having taken the bus and cab need to explain why Oswald lied about having taken the bus and cab.
