These are the two cops leading Oswald around. I don't think they are the same guy. Technically, it could be without hurting my thesis because they could have had the same cop leading Oswald around at different times.
But, I don't think they are the same guy. The cop on the right looks taller, older (perhaps 10 years older) and leaner. The cop on the left looks younger, rounder in the face, and pudgy in the body. I do not think they are the same man.
