A big aspect of noses are symmetry and balance. Some noses are very identical from right to left, while others, it's as though the person has a different nose on each side of his face. Lee had an unbalanced and asymmetrical nose, while Harvey had a balanced and symmetrical one. And it is not hard to see. The difference jumps out at you. If you're going to say that these two are the same nose, well, you might as well say that any two noses are the same nose.

Lee, on the left, had a much larger right nostril than left, and it is an extreme degree of nostril disparity. Harvey, on the right, had equal nostrils. This is screaming out loud.
