The issue of whether Oswald changed his pants has come up again, and I say he most definitely changed them. It is in the Fritz Notes that Oswald said he changed out of his grey pants at his room and put them in the laundry. So, Oswald said it. And Mary Bledsoe described his pants as grey on the bus. And I know that at least one other person said that Oswald wore grey pants to work.

But, Oswald's arrest pants were black or at least dark enough to appear black in a black and white photo.

I have no reason to think that grey pants would appear like that.

So, that settles it: Oswald changed his pants.

And it means that Oswald definitely went to his room because where else could he have changed them? There is no place else.
