Here is a picture of JFK's limo when it first arrived at the White House in June 1961.

It looks black at the top of the seatback, right? So, why does it look greyish- blue here?

Here is the limo all bloodied after the slaughter. It was definitely black at the top of the seatback, as shown in the White House pic. So, why does it look greyish blue in the other? 

It was definitely black and grey.
