She was a very dignified woman. She didn't do that. She never did that. What we're seeing above is obviously fraudulent. How could that window frame be in front of her hand, blocking our view of her hand, unless her hand were outside the car?

She wasn't even sitting that close to the edge. 

I put an x where her left arm is and another x where the window frame is. How could she possibly get her hand outside that window frame? She wouldn't do such a thing anyway; it wasn't her nature. Again: she was very dignified. But, the above image is telling us that the information in the image below is bull shit.
