On Facebook lately, I have been posting quite a bit about Judyth Baker, which I am going to move here. And it's not because I hate Judyth, as one guy suggested. I don't hate her. But, I see her for whom she is: a mentally ill person who thinks she had a love affair with Lee Harvey Oswald. So, I am out to discredit her, yes. The Judyth Baker cult has gone on long enough. It's time to disband.

So, the Oswald of fame spent Saturday July 6 at Lake Pontchartrain with Clay Shaw and others? Well, where did he tell his wife he was going? Marina was living with him in New Orleans at the time. And how did he get there? It's 20 miles from New Orleans to Lake Pontchartrain, and he didn't have a car. Did somebody pick him up? Who? And how did Marina not see that? And then the next day, Sunday, he was off again to a meeting with Clay Shaw at the Trade Mart? It was the weekend, and Marina has said that when he wasn't working, he was home with her June.

And then on August 31, he was off on a road trip with Judyth to the Jackson State Mental Hospital? Where did he tell Marina he was going that time?

Then in early September he was up in Dallas hobnobbing with David Atlee Phillips? But, Marina didn't leave New Orleans with Ruth Paine to return to Dallas until late September, so where did he tell her he was off to then? And how did Marina get by without him? She was in late pregnancy with a little girl to take care of; she had no car, she had no help. How did she buy food? How could Oswald leave her at a time like that?

It is a terrible slurring of Oswald to say these things. It maligns him and quite badly. Judyth Baker has turned him into an accomplice in the murder of JFK. If he had the slightest inkling of such a plot, he had the legal and moral obligation to inform authorities, and I don't mean sending out a strange telex pretending to be the FBI Director and admonishing all the field offices to investigate all the racial and hate groups around the country. That is sheer nonsense, and it makes no sense for Oswald to have sent it, although I am not the least bit surprised that Joseph Backes believes it.

Judyth Baker is  NOT a defender of Lee Harvey Oswald. She is an accuser of his. She does NOT champion his innocence but rather his guilt.

So, Judyth claims that she went ahead and married Robert Baker in May 1963, even though she had already met and fallen in love with Lee Harvey Oswald. Why? Well, a primary reason she gave was: that she knew that Lee beat his wife.

Did he? How did she know that? She had only just met him. Does she mean to say that he told her that? That he beat his wife? Why would he do that? Who would anyone do that?

It was bad enough that he was married, but when you throw the wife-beating in...  women aren't stupid. When a woman hears that a man beats his wife, she starts thinking that if I become his wife- or even just his girlfriend or his mistress- sooner or later, he is going to start beating ME.

And men know that women aren't stupid, and that's why a man, even if he does beat his wife, doesn't tell the woman he is pursuing.

In fact, it's more likely that he would jockey for sympathy, and tell his new conquest that his wife is awful, that she strikes out at him, and all he does is control her, restrain her, but without hurting her. He's not going to tell the new woman that he beats the current woman.

So, how did Judyth know by early May after she had just met Oswald that he beat his wife? She didn't. It's just more backwriting.

I've discussed this with John Armstrong, and he is convinced that the whole wife-beating story is bogus. And he spent two weeks at the home of Marina Oswald and talking to her every day. And based on that, he says the wife-beating never happened, just as the attempt on Walker never happened.

You see, they were trying very hard to depict Oswald as a monster. A crazed monster. He wasn't one, but that's how they were trying to depict him. And so the wife-beating story looked good in the narrative, in the script.

So, Judyth took it from their script and added it to her script.

As if Oswald would have told her that he beat his wife.

I tell you, that is some picture Judyth paints of Oswald, that he was an adulterer, a wife beater, a wife abandoner at a time when she was in late pregnancy with a kid to take care of, no car, little money, and no ability to speak English, and living in a strange country 6,000 miles away from her homeland. And, all the while he's trapsing around with Judyth Baker and having hot sex with her.

Yup, Judyth does not belong in the Oswald Innocence Campaign. Maybe the Oswald Guilt Campaign but not the Oswald Innocence Campaign.

So, according to Judyth, her husband abandoned her, and Oswald abandoned Marina. He left her alone in New Orleans for days at a time while he was off galavanting around with Judyth and others doing their thing, which was plotting to kill Castro and plotting to kill Kennedy. And all the while, Oswald knew that Marina was in late-term pregnancy, had a little girl to take care of, had no transportation, didn't know anybody, and couldn't speak English. And not only that, but according to Judyth, Oswald, when he was home with Marina, he beat her! That is the man Judyth fell crazy in love with. I guess she saw his good side.

Marina Oswald couldn't speak English at the time. For Oswald to have left her alone with a child and being 7 to 8 months pregnant to go trapsing off with Judyth Baker so that they could have wild sex would make him one of the most bastardly, dastardly husbands of all time. Marina had no car. What if she had an urgent need or emergency? Who could she call? Who did she know in New Orleans? She had just moved there. And how could she make friends without speaking English? So, how was she supposed to shop? And how was she supposed to take care of everything- cooking, cleaning, shopping, child care, etc., at such a difficult time? What kind of a man would do such a thing? Abandon his wife when she's 7 to 8 months pregnant with his child and home alone with his other child? What a rat bastard if Oswald did that. But, he didn't do it. The whole story is made up by a pathological liar. And you know who I am talking about.
