Listen to this statement by Bob Schieffer again concerning his weird experience with Marguerite Oswald on 11/22/63.

Unfortunately, Schieffer missed the point. He said: how could she talk this way when the President's dead body wasn't even cold yet? No. The point is: how could she talk the way she did when her son's body was very much alive?

They were on their way to Dallas from Ft. Worth, and she was saying that people were going to feel sorry for Marina and start sending her money, but they wouldn't be sending money to her.

But wait. What about her son? Shouldn't she be thinking about him and not herself? Shouldn't she be thinking about getting him a lawyer? Shouldn't she be thinking about what she could say to comfort him and reassure him? Shouldn't she be thinking about what access she was going to have to him? Would she be able to see him? Would she be able to bring him anything? Will he be able to hold up under the duress? How is he being treated? Is he being abused? Will he be safe?

But no; she didn't say a word about that. But, let's consider what she did say and what it might be revealing.

There was no reason to think that Americans would start sending Marina money right away. If they did, then it would be like sending money to Oswald. What would prevent Marina and Lee from using it for his defense? Wouldn't people assume that?

No, the gifting of money would only start AFTER Oswald was dead because then Americans would know that their money would not benefit him but only Marina and the children.

So, my question is: was Marguerite aware that Oswald was going to be killed very quickly and that donations to Marina would start flowing?

So, did Marguerite know or suspect that her son was going to die?
