I painted white arrows at what appear to be tree trunks.



So, that would suggest two trees, one being on the island, and the other being next to the reflecting pool. But, I don't claim that as a fact, and unfortunately, it would be useless to go there to study this because over half a century has passed, and the arboreal conditions have changed. And who knows what they did to the picture? So, what the real tree capture was may never be known. 

But regardless, what I do know is that they messed with that tree or trees to obscure the doorway. And I can easily prove it by freezing frames from the film.



The bottom of that tree, covering the doorway, does not look like a tree, and it does not even look photographic.

And it looks like that in a lot of frames.




Ever seen a tree like that? There is no way that tree could have been captured like that.

I don't consider that any better. I don't consider it less abnormal. It is very abnormal. They were deliberately trying to block the view of the doorway.
