Let's look closer at this Glenn McBride photo by Mary Moorman.

So, she didn't catch his right arm at all. But. when it was BJ Martin's turn, she supposedly got this:

Mary was on the grass, 5 feet away from him. And his left arm was positioned exactly the same as his right arm, except closer to her. So, being 5 feet away, the whole of him was going to be in her camera field. His left arm might block the view of his right arm to her, but not vice versa.

But, let's look at his motorcycle and the relationship between his front wheel and rear tool box.

They are aligned. It looks good. And it conforms to the direction of the road. We're even seeing the slant in the road. So that works.

But, when we try to connect wheel to tool box on Hargis, this is what we get:

For the tool box itself, it appears as a horizontal line, parallel with the bottom of the picture. But, when you try to get to the front wheel, you have to veer off in a different direction. It should be a straight line, but it isn't. And that's because Hargis' tool box is not connected to that front wheel. That's the front wheel of Martin's bike. That's where he was. There was a whirlwind, a feeding frenzy of alteration involved in this.
