Ready's hand looks better. It looks natural and normal, where the length of the fingers looks appropriate. I didn't know at first what that extra thing is but it's from the car.
Notice that Ready doesn't have any big long index finger jutting out on the other side of the handgrasp. Hill's hand is a monstrosity.
