OIC Chairman Larry Rivera sent me this work by Penn Jones from Forgive My Grief III. It concerns alteration of a Willis slide.

I realize that is too small for you to read, but what Penn Jones wrote is that the boxcar was removed from the Phil Willis slide, which you can see in the accompanying Wilma Bond slides, which are top and bottom. He gave credit to either Fred Newcomb or Richard Sprague for first noticing it.

Penn Jones: "We think the boxcar was eliminated from the picture to try to remove all traces of the three men who were arrested in the boxcar behind the pagoda just minutes after the shooting."

Thank you, Larry, and thank you, Penn Jones. I think we know very well that if Penn Jones were still living, he would be a member of the Oswald Innocence Campaign. I should really find a way to put his name and image up on the OIC website anyway. Penn Jones is one of the greats.
