Here is my remake of the Beatles classic, Nowhere ManThere is some irony here because, although the song was credited to Lennon and McCartney, the words and music were written solely by John Lennon, who was himself assassinated and by the same evil forces that killed John Kennedy. Two Johns, both gunned down for the same reason- their opposition to war. But, in my version, the song is about Lee Harvey Oswald, and I think John Lennon would approve.

Doorway Man

He's a real Doorway Man
Standing in his doorway land
Clasping both his doorway hands for nobody

Doesn't have a point of view
Knows not what they're going to do
Isn't he a bit like you and me

Doorway Man, please listen
You don't know what you're missing
Doorway Man, the world is not your command

He's as blind as he can be
Just sees what he's s'posed to see
Doorway Man, that you are Lee is certain

Doorway Man, do worry
There's no time; so hurry
Go on down 'til somebody else sees you're at hand

Doesn't have a point of view
Knows not what they're going to do
Isn't he a bit like you and me

Doorway Man, please listen
You don't know what you're missing
Doorway Man, the world is not your command

He's a real Doorway Man
Standing in his Doorway Land
Clasping both his doorway hands for nobody
Clasping both his doorway hands for nobody
Clasping both his doorway hands for nobody
