The bulge on the left side of Doorman's face (our right) isn't real. It wasn't there. It's part of the distortion from the insertion of Black Tie Man into the photo. You should ignore it. It's not Oswald's right ear because that was out of view to Altgens and his camera. It's just noise; photographic noise from what they did to the photo.
