How could Ruby be handcuffed in just a shirt when he was wearing a jacket????  The whole story comes grinding to a halt right here. There is no talking point for this. It's obvious that this is just a "flashing Ruby" image. It's to showcase him. But, why did they have to flash him? Why did they have to showcase him? It's because, until this point, he wasn't there. He wasn't part of it. This was his introduction. There is no other explanation.
