An important point made by Amy Joyce:
Oswald's prints should have been on the handgun had he actually pulled it on McDonald in the theater, but there were no prints on the gun according to the FBI report. Again, if Oswald had tried to shoot McDonald , there should have been prints on the gun. So, this is rather compelling evidence that Oswald did not pull a gun in the theater.
