OIC member Randy Gunter struck gold tonight. He saw something the rest of us missed. What everyone presumed was a tuft of hair on top of "Ruby's" otherwise bald head is actually the top of the head of the man standing behind him.


And the way you can tell is, first: it's way too far over on the other side of his head. And second, in the video below, he turns his head from left to right, and you can see that the tuft remains stationary. His head moves independently of it. Start at the 4 minute mark:

That guy was flat-out bald on top, and he had no frontal hair. This is one more reason, besides those found by Amy Joyce, why he cannot possibly be Jack Ruby.
