Cloudy Morning is a song that I have wanted to do for a long time, but I couldn't find the sheet music for it. So, I finally decided to write my own. I have my own shorthand way of writing sheet music, and this is how it looks:

Cloudy Morning was composed by Marvin Fisher in 1958. He's the one who wrote When Sunny Gets Blue which is another great jazz standard. The lyrics were written by Joseph Allen McCarthy Jr. 

Cloudy Morning is the ultimate song for telling a woman that her mere presence makes it for you; makes everything all right and the world sunny. No song does it better. 

The one who really perfected this song was the great female jazz vocalist Carmen McRae.
