Ralph Cinque That's right. And what I say to naysayers is: "You can't deny that that looks like Oswald and his clothes. So, if you don't think that's Oswald, then tell me who the other employee was who looked and dressed that much like him. Anyone perched on that top step had to work there. You can't tell me that is an unconnected spectator. So, who was he if he wasn't Oswald?"
